There's still time to apply

If you've used all five choices and you're not holding any offers, you can still apply for courses at the University of Westminster.

Extra is a free service – available for you to apply to one course at a time between 25 February and early July. If Extra is available to you, it'll show up as a button when you sign in to track your application.

If you are thinking about using Clearing instead, or haven't applied through UCAS yet, then please take a look at our Clearing information below. Our Clearing service will be taking email enquiries throughout June so please let us know if you have any questions.

Find out more about Clearing

You will have to have all your results before we can make you an offer of a place through Clearing.

If you don’t yet have your results, you can contact our clearing service and ask us any questions about our courses or register your interest in a place through Clearing in June, July and early August. Register for our email updates and we'll send you an invitation to request a call from us on Thursday 17 August to discuss available places at the university and the options available to you.

We can only make unconditional offers through UCAS if you apply through the Clearing process. If you would like to apply before Clearing opens then please consider using UCAS Extra or making a UCAS application before 30 June.

Once you have your results, we can consider you for a place. For our architecture, engineering, complementary medicine, property and construction, and media, art and design courses you might need to send a portfolio of work or attend an interview.

For the majority of applicants to the rest of our courses, we will look at the qualifications that you have obtained so far.

If we can offer you a place through Clearing then we will send you a Clearing offer email. Please make sure you check your junk mail folder in case it ends up in there and add to your safe senders list. This offer will not appear on UCAS Track.

Firstly, congratulations! Secondly, you will need to add your offer as your Clearing choice on UCAS Track. Make sure you have read your Clearing offer email carefully as it includes instructions on how to accept your offer and a deadline to add it to Track on the UCAS website.

Need more time?

Let us know if you need more time to decide on your offer or if you need further information from us in order to help you make your decision. We will happily extend your offer and issue you with a new deadline if we think we still have vacancies on the course you are interested in.

The University needs to confirm to UCAS that we will accept you through Clearing. This usually takes one working day. Once we’ve confirmed your place it will show on UCAS Track and we will send you a confirmation email.
